Welcome!
Here's what you need to know about me. First & foremost I'm a foodie! X marks the spot with fad diets, I'm all about BALANCE! Over the last 10 years my fitness journey has seen me develop my inner yogi, work alongside my cravings, and create a lifestyle system that supports the transformation and maintenance of a strong and fit body. I truly believe that to reach our fitness goals we need to enjoy the process not dread it. So step in Be.Built Fitness, your newest best bud...forever!
My mantra is moderation. My mission is to be your cheerleader through thick to fit and my... unique mindset will provide you with on-site motivation during your sessions. We'll have fun while working up a sweat (you might even get a little bit competitive!) If you opt for the 1-2-1 training, you'll also receive advice post-work-out, which encourages a different perspective towards your body as well as nutrition, this is a great tool kit if you find your weight yo yo's according to the odd fitness hiatus!

All in all, I advocate a 'zen' approach, you focus on the present, hold that plank for an extra 10 seconds and leave it to me to navigate the fitness road map, you'll be surprised how much progress you can make in just a few sessions!

Packed with a mixture of functional & conditioning exercises, I will guide you through a routine aimed to increase your range of flexibility, improve your stamina and align your chakras.
